What age should be taking fish oil pills?
I'm still growing and I'm 5'8 to 5'9 and weight 130. I am a girl and I was wondering is it safe to take fish oil pills. I bounty of nature Omega 3 fish oil 1200 mg and that claims to be free of mercury. "I can take and what are the benefits? Thanks =]
