Fish Oil Softgels
Should I take more dose of Fish Oil?
My fish oil says that I should take 2 softgels daily.
The serving size per 2 softgels says it has 870 mg of Omega-3 fatty acid,
(EPA 520 mg and DHA 350 mg).
I’m planning to take 6 softgels, which would be 2,610 mg. Is it safe?
