Anyone taking flax oil, Omega 3 and Glucosamine?

I started taking this training, while for my marathon and I've seen great results so far (less pain in my knees, greater strength, less time per mile). Has anyone else experienced this?

Personally, I Omega 3 and feel it is a great help for me and my running. I'm also a big fan of glucosamine, which has documented evidence to help with joint health. Keep taking them.

    You are not alone. I really have observed all those benefits. I think athletes should take it as ongoing diet till they are active.
