Omega 3 fish oil dosage?

I bought omega 3 fish oil tablets brand-Costco Kirkland (1000 mg) and wondered if I could give a thesis tablets for 11 years and one year of age 15. first person is 110 pounds —– 4'9 / 4'10 second person is also £ 86 —— 5'1 .. if the mark is okay to give .. and if 1000 mg is too much or little, to give these two people.

Is this fish oil and not just the fish oil liver? I can not imagine that there is a problem with fish oil in any quantity. Fish liver oil is sometimes high in vitamin (retinol) and could be a problem with high doses, but should not be a problem with fish oil regularly.
