Is it okay for a person 15 years of taking these pills?

I have 15 years and I'm not sure how many vitamins you should take. This is a list of vitamins I take every day: Nature Made A soft gel liquid multi vitamin / mineral A Nature Made Fish Oil Pill Omega-3 360mg Pill Calcium Citrate (Kirkland Signature) Contains: Vitamin D Vitamin K Vitamin B6 Calcium magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper and boron I can take a multi vitamin a day because its necessary. I do not drink milk as I do so that is why I am taking calcium citrate tablet. I hate seafood so that the media never like fish … fish and Omega-3. I take a fish oil pill a day because Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid. The multi vitamin and fish oil are two pads labeled easily absorbed that I am not sexually active at all. I'm just worried about my health. I get so worried about getting osteoporosis, heart disease and other diseases in the future. I refer to the other.

Sigh, I hate people who give these bullshit answers to a very serious question like this. Nevertheless, it seems as if you are paranoid when it comes to taking vitamin supplements. Unless you never eat any fish that you are taking wayyyy, wayyyy too much omega-3, but does not really matter all so incredibly much because if you take an excess of it only dissolves in urine. I hate talking about this, but an indication that it might reduce some would the color of your urine. Definitely not cut it completely because taking a multivitamin and fish pill may help you (because you said really not eating all that fish a lot), I just cut down to that. Anyway, looks very smart and I apologize for my countrymen to complete a ******* you.
