Should I take more dose of Fish Oil?

My fish oil says that I should take 2 softgels daily.
The serving size per 2 softgels says it has 870 mg of Omega-3 fatty acid,
(EPA 520 mg and DHA 350 mg).

Take what is only suggested, there is a reason for it. And those suggested dosages are often based on your daily basic needs. If you are doing this for any specific health problems, you should consult your doctor first.
