I want to do some Omega 3 fish oil supplement for my parents, but I'm worried about products that are not very "pure" in the sense that they are not filtered (because fish can contain high concentrations of mercury, hazardous air pollutants, and what not …). I looked at the nutritional information of the two bottles and not resemble any of the vitamins and minerals on the lap because the main ingredients of Omega 3 are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Shall I overdose on anything if I take one out almost every day?
